Vainoa is a band formed in 2016 in Helsinki, blending fast and fierce hardcore with elements of extreme metal and occasional slower, oppressive atmospheres.

The 12″ double EP’s A-side introduces the new “Pimennys” EP, with three tracks. The B-side holds the previously released EP “Pelon Varjo,” featuring four tracks. “Pelon Varjo” was initially available only on cassette format and is now being released on vinyl for the first time.

The new EP titled “Pimennys“, is a thematic continuation of the previous EP, “Pelon Varjo”. The lyrical themes revolve around the frustration and disillusionment with the cyclical injustices in our society and the gradual descent of humanity towards dystopia and complete indifference.

“Pimennys” EP will be released digitally and in vinyl by Suicide Records.
